Garichel Sosa

Founder & President

Garichel Sosa is the Founder and President of Vanguard Construction Company LLC, a minority-owned commercial general contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 12 years of experience across commercial interiors, multifamily, data centers, and large-scale residential projects, Garichel brings institutional-level project management discipline to every project—regardless of size.

He has managed projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value for nationally recognized owners, developers, and brokerage firms, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on value engineering and risk management. Garichel holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from NYU, an MBA from Georgia Tech, and is a licensed General Contractor Qualifying Agent in the State of Georgia.
